1. Give us your name, and address and tell us how you are paying. If you want
it shipped to a different address, fill in the Gift
shipping information at the bottom of the form, otherwise we will ship to the
address at the top of the form.
2. Fill out the order form:
- How many of an item in the first box,
- Style # of the Artwork (such as"Haiti 15" or "AI 2")
- Greeting code or description
- Price from price list.
- Add the Shipping and Handling
- If you live in California, be sure to include tax @ 8.25%).
3. Then send us your order by:
